Eligibility requirement: Must be 18 years old or over and preferably with least one year of undergraduate study completed, with a relevant scientific major such as biology, chemistry, neuroscience, behavioral sciences, physics etc. Interns must have a genuine interest in medicine and commitment to observation of both surgical and non surgical procedures.

Accommodation
The accommodation is fully furnished (single or double beds), with WiFi, shared with 1-6 other same-sex interns, and located in safe areas with easy access to public transport and close to the internship site. The last night of the accommodation is the Friday night of the final week, leaving interns free to depart on Saturday. Private apartments can be arranged in advance, if requested and subject to availability.
Country Information
Internships begin on Mondays, and participants can choose to join the program for a minimum of 2 weeks up to a maximum of 12 weeks.
The program fee includes free airport pickup on the Sunday before the Monday start date. To be eligible, interns should arrive between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Upon arrival, they will be greeted and transferred to their housing. For interns arriving on earlier dates, a pickup may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.
Comprehensive pre-arrival information about the city and hosting institution will be provided. This includes details on local culture, city logistics, emergency contacts, rules, and guidance on interacting with the local team.
Interns should budget approximately 110 Zloty (about US$30) for a 30-day unlimited public transport pass, 15–25 Zloty (US$4–6) for breakfast, 20–40 Zloty (US$6–12) for a simple lunch, and 40–90 Zloty (US$12–24) for dinner. Poland offers a wide range of dining options from budget-friendly to upscale, covering local and international cuisines. Most establishments accept credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), but carrying some cash in Zloty is recommended.
