The last night of the accommodation is the Friday night of the final week, leaving interns free to depart on Saturday. Private apartments can be arranged in advance, if requested and subject to availability.

Internships begin on Mondays, and participants can choose to join the program for a minimum of 2 weeks up to a maximum of 12 weeks.

The program fee includes free airport pickup on the Sunday before the Monday start date. To be eligible, interns should arrive between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Poland offers a wide range of dining options from budget-friendly to upscale, covering local and international cuisines. Most establishments accept credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), but carrying some cash in Zloty is recommended.

Poland is a fascinating and welcoming destination, known for its rich history, vibrant culture, and diverse landscapes. From historic cities and medieval castles to lush forests, mountains, and picturesque lakes, there is much to explore. The country is also famous for its traditional cuisine and lively cultural scene. Poland experiences a temperate climate with warm summers (typically June–August) and cold, snowy winters. Visitors can enjoy, during their weekends, both the bustling cities like Warsaw and Kraków, as well as scenic natural areas such as the Tatra Mountains or Masurian Lake District.
